For me it's tied between Goodfellas and Raging Bull.

To show what he's fully capable of, Raging Bull for sure. For his film-stealing over-the-top brilliance, GoodFellas, no doubt. I thought he mixed both of those aspects well in Casino. And I love his cameo-sized roles in DeNiro's A Bronx Tale and Leone's Once Upon A Time in America.

Basiaclly, if he's in a movie with Bobby DeNiro, check it out.

And his work in The Public Eye is his best performance waiting to be discovered...even though it is DeNiro-less. Not a great movie, but terrific acting by Pesci.

I've never seen Raging Bull, but Casino and Goodfellas are tied for my favorites.

I must become Caligari..!
I love the way he always ends up killing someone in a very over the top way, With the pen in Casino, The guy in tho Boot in Goodfellas ect. ect., I only wish he did it in Home Alone.

Anyway, Fantastic actor, Up there with Peter Lorre, Philip Seymour Hoffman and Steve Buscemi as my Favorite supporting actors of all time,

Goodfellas, Casino, and Raging Bull are all among my favourate films of all time, but I would say Goodfellas is his best just as his performance is so memorable.

You... love it when he ends up killing someone? I felt like choking Pesci’s character when he shot that teenage boy. I felt sorry for the kid.

I like his performance in the Home Alone movies. He fit perfect as Harry's character. I know we don't get to hear a single cuss word coming from him... but so what? The films are hilarious. Except for Home Alone 3 and Home Alone 4
