Empire magazine's "Top 100 Horror characters"

The Thing and The Alien are too low imo.

That was one of the ones I raised an eyebrow at too. It's not even a horror film. But there are some good ones on there.

I'm sure there are but I got a little scared I was gonna see Mary Poppins in the top ten so just closed the tab

Empire lists are always the worst. It's basically impossible to make a list like that which you're going to agree with but Empire is usually worse than most. Also it's weird to me that Regan and Pazazu are split up.

Sadly, I'm not familiar with most of those, but Don't Look Now, Just Before Dawn, Devil Rides Out, and The Hitcher, sound interesting.

My favourite character is Harry Powell. Night of the Hunter is an amazing film, and Mitchum did an awesome job. Leatherface is a favourite, too.
