I'm listening to a Russian Screamo band called Aspergers. They're pretty grindy with really intense high pitched screaming, thrashy guitar, and pretty much blast beats on the drums. Nothing especially unique though, they're pretty typical of late 2000's underground Screamo. If they were a bit heavier they could be a Grindcore/Powerviolence band.
