Equilibrium - I'd definitely eat your burger, but the fries.....Id need them a bit less greaselogged (which is basically hotter grease before you drop them, then they get cooked faster, and less greaselogged) - looks tasty man!


The fries in my pic look soggy for some reason but actually they are extremly crispy and not greasy tasting..i fried with olive oil so they soak it up a little more you're chicken looks so light and delicious.

Caitlyn, hot sauce is on a small plate outside the scope of the camera..haha also the burgers are cooked with tony sacheres..i know you'll appreciate that.

Made some slow cooked beef roast tonight with mixed fingerling potatoes and white onions as well as corn, green beans, carrots, mushrooms and special seasonings. Turned out well I think.
