Academy Awards For the Decade

I added some of the lists but was unable to add the 90's, didn't have 6 with your and my list combined, not very good with foreign films of the 90's

So I have been working on this list for awhile, I expect to get done, not in the near future, but as I'm adding categories, I wanted to make a pole for a certain category in a particular decade to get the winner of each decade. But I also wanted to know if I should add movies, actors or directors for certain categories for each decade. Is 6 to small a number or should I do 10 or 12. Any criticism you might have would be appreciated. Thank You.

Wouldn't this be better picking the actual winners from each year in each decade and having to pick our favourite of the 10?

I know the quite often the actual winner of the Oscar for best film for example can be quite forgettable and films that go onto much higher acclaim don't actually win much.
