Favorite very long movies?

I think I saw the shortest version that's why I didn't like it maybe.

Well yeah, the short version makes no sense, so of course you didn't like it.
Everyone watches the long version nowadays and I think it's the only one that's still generally being sold (not sure, though). It's the only version the director ever intended (except for perhaps even longer versions).

They cut it into Part 1 and Part 2 but its still my favorite "LONG" movie

Shown in multiple parts which is the way it was presented.
War and Peace

Magnolia and the Godfather were both brilliant movies. I liked Titanic but it wasn't as good as the other two movies.

The Death Note movies might count. Separately, they're only 120 minutes and 140 minutes, but since watching them the first time, I've seen them three more times, and always in the same night and back-to-back. (I'm not always able to get through a 90 minute movie in one sitting.) (And of course, the anime series is longer, but you know, it's not a movie.)

That movie is supposed to be good? I know the manga and TV series are considered good but I did not know the movies were. I loved the live action adaptation of Gantz and it is not supposed to be a great movie also a near 5 hour movie duology.

Among my favorite animated films list the longest one is the 7 hour trilogy of Mobile Suit Gundam. Among my live action films list are Lord of the Rings (10 hours), The Human Condition (9.7 hours) and Satantango (7.5 hours).

These are some movies that linger around the 3-hour mark or longer but when I watch them, I don't feel the length of at all:
