Hello people,

I hope somebody can help me identify this movie.

I saw it a long time ago, like 20-25 years maybe. What I recall is the following:

- It was in a different plantet (I think), it was like waterworld, but with mud instead.

- People would use snowshoes and hot air baloons to avoid sinking when exploring.

- In a fight, the "bad guys" would shoot at the baloons to make people sink.

These are the only details I can remember. This is one of those movies that I remember seen long time ago and want to see again.
