The whistling part is a stretch I must admit. I love Sythwave so you got me on the whistling part. My idea of what music is tens to differs from a lot of people. But I just don't see fast talking as music, just like I don't see vomit on a canvas as art. Then again that can be seen as bad art so I guess I can only describe rap as bad music. So yeah I guess objectively it qualifies as music but these are low standards. Huge amount of people love rap though so what do I know Lol 🤷
