What is your dream physique?

I would like to keep the weight off and build an olympic swimmer physique. Well toned and not too pronounced. Muscles look long and deep, not bubbly and chunky. That means no steroids.

That’s a good look!

Being thin and allergic to building muscle (yes, I will definitely take it as an insult if anyone scoffs and essentially says you didn’t try hard enough, eat enough , do it on dairy, rice and meat or more didn’t do it right. I don’t know what (“are we still in parentheses?”) the number is, but I feel like it is 80% genetics. What you do work wise is one thing. Take the perspective, can you practice your way into being a professional athlete? No. You can make progress, but not everyone will get there.

It really crystallized for me one day when I saw a co-worker eating. Not just muscular, but pieces of rock musclar. Sharp angles. this person was eating a meal of Pringles, Sweet Sixteen donos and instant ramen.) I wanted to get on some hormone therapy until I found out you can never go back. That’s a big gamble on having insurance, finances and a supply for the rest of your life. But hey, have you seen Bert’s shoulders?

Everyone definitely has a predisposition to a certain body type. You feed everyone the same meals and have them all do the same exercises each day and some will fatten up while others will slim down.

Muscular and toned---but in a functional way, not like a bodybuilder where it is for show more than anything else.
I think for most men its about the type of women they want to attract. So it all works out in the end.

I accept my body the way it is.

But I know I still need to lose some fat for health reasons.

Now you have me wondering whether my goals and what you say end up being one in the same or not. haha

As far as just female physiques go, my dream one would probably be Demi Rose's.

This may not answer the question, but I'm going with Carel Struckyen and Peter Garrett from Midnight Oil. I have a similar build (and hairline) and have always been uncoordinated and awkward about it and I'd like to own it like they do. Someday, maybe I'll also be able to do an improvised Bohemian dance in the Outback.
