Suggest me some crime thrillers featuring FBI in action with some witty plot like in The Silence of the Lambs. I mean a movie which engages one in, similar to SotL.

What about the other 'Lector' movies? Manhunter (which I is the best of the lot, for me) Red Dragon and Hannibal? Se7en or Zodiac?

Mindhunters is one to watch for sure.
I just watched Suspect Zero and it is a good movie that fits what you are wanting.
