This movie came out in the early 90's. I remember it seeing with my classmates when I was a kid.
The movie is about whales. At the start of the movie, a group of men are going in a boat. They are surrounded by whales. One of the guys wants to kill them and he aims his gun at the whale. Some of his companions are against killing the whale. The whale attacks a man from the boat and plunges deep in to the sea. The man with the gun shoots repeatedly at the spot where the whale disappeared. After a few shots, the camera zooms in at the sea. A pool of blood forms in the water which sooner creates a whirlpool turning the clear waters into a bloody one.
The rest of the movie is also about whales and hunting. Its one of the adventure movie like Anaconda or Jurassic Park. This might still be a documentary or TV movie as I don't remember the title well..
