The trick is not minding
If you’re like me and watch too many foreign films, well, here’s this years submissions for Best Foreign film.
Impetigore and La Llalrona are both coming to Shudder (if you have it) next month. Impetigore is from the same director as Satan’s Slaves, Joko Anwar, from a few years ago.

For a change we have submitted a brilliant flick instead of a mainstream Bollywood movie. I have watched this year's entry from India which is Jallikattu, and it's a visual treat.

Of those, which do you think stand a chance at a nomination?

I’ll be in the look out for this!
Do you think it has a good chance at a nomination?

Have you seen another round? I know it has Mads in it
No, I haven't seen Druk yet. I havent really seen if its on any of my streaming sites for free or rent.

I believe Thomas Vinterberg is the director. He directed Jagten with Mads as well.

Correct, same collaboration. And I loved Jagten.

Have you seen Vinterberg's first full film? Festen?
I actually was planning to for the 2021 challenge under the Dogme 95 category. Need to find it first. I think my local rental has it available.

I doubt it. Hasn't had a strong publicity run, or a movie festival run, which some of our earlier submissions, which ended up in the final five, had.
