Had a discussion about this with many family & friends

I say Sean Connery & Roger Moore > *

Mostly them said Conney & Pierce Brosnan >

I've never seen a single Bond film, but Daniel Craig kinda makes want to.

I like Pierce Brosnan.

Not so much luck as good decision making. I don't even know the general story. Aren't there over twenty films? And I'd have to watch all of them to know what's going on, or no?

I haven't seen all of them, either. From Russia with Love was good.

Out of all the James Bonds, I'm not the biggest Timothy Dalton fan... he kinda, erm, disturbs me.

Connery, easily. I rank them as such:

1. Connery
2. Craig
3. Moore
4. Brosnan
5. Lazerby
6. Dalton

And 4 and 5 are pretty much tied. All of them were good/great Bonds except for Dalton, who sucked. Poor Moore had the misfortunate of starring in the season when it started to go south. Brosnan at first was part of the series' revival, but got the shaft with only one awesome film and one decent one. Too bad. Lazerby really should have been in more movies, and Dalton should never been Bond in the first place. Craig could end up topping Connery but I highly doubt it.

I must say for me Bronson and Connery.....they both are hot and thought they nailed the roll.

I've voted brosnan goldeneye is the best bond film even if the other brosnan offerings were below par goldeneye alone should cement his performance although i think it benefitted him not being able to break his remington steel contract to play bond sooner because he would have then suffered the poor films given to the unfairly underated timothy dalton

I'll tell you what, Goldeneye probably is the best Bond film ever made. I know that I don't have it on my Top 100 list and that Casino Royale made it, but I have had a change of heart and will be putting Goldeneye before it.

i think for me the key to goldeneye was that it had such a strong villain playd by an equally great actor

Connery has always been Bond to me... I love his voice...

Connery for sure! But i must say Pierce Brosnan makes for a sexy alternative - but that about all he does for me as a Bond. x

Thankfully Connery was winning in votes or else I would have probably cancelled my account here.

Personally I liked Timothy Dalton the best, I think he had the role down to a tee. Shame he was only in a few.

Sean Connery without a doubt he is the one and only James Bond

I see what you mean there are lots of my mates who think the same. I really liked "The Living Daylights and License To Kill" they are a few of my fav bond films.

Brosnan was awesome as Bond he was in my eyes brilliant in the role but I have to say after "Die Another Day" Which is by far the worest of ALL the Bonds im glad to see Craig bringing a completly different view to 007.
