Not fair entering War Pigs. That ensured that even I couldn't place my entry in first...

Let the night air cool you off
1. Black Sabbath - War Pigs
- Yeah, seems like if I put something else up here I'd be dishonest.

2. Loretta Lynn - Another Man Loved Me Last Night
- Loretta has the best voice.

3. Whitney Houston - How Will I Know
- Fun pop classic; Whitney had a fantastic voice.

4. Godless Procession - Hace Falta
- Good fun and weird and I saw some boobies.

5. Randy Rogers & Wade Bowen - Rodeo Clown
- Both dudes are pretty likable and this is a fun take on a classic country idea of a song about your woman leaving you.

6. Robin Trower - Bridge of Sighs

7. Rope Sect - King of the Night

8. Nothing More - Fade In / Fade Out

9. John Barrowman - The Doctor And I

You can't make a rainbow without a little rain.
NEWSFLASH: Sedai votes at a weekend but sadly both Derek Vinyard and Swan are yet to recover from the shock and fail to put in theirs.

As ever though, the show must go on....

1st - Porcupine Tree - Trains (89 pts)

Congratulations to Sedai on getting another through to the final

Congratulations @Sedai!

I'll be back later with my nom for the next round.

Sorry for going MIA. Life, etc. Hopefully I'll be around for the next round.
No worries, that's partly why I think this format is better (along with the host not being able to rig the game).

1. Robin Trower - Bridge of Sighs
I'm kind of taken with this this summer. I've been listening to it a lot in the evenings when the sun's still up. Blusey, and the guy has a great voice.

Black Sabbath - War Pigs
I love Ozzy years Black Sabbath. This one's a little overplayed, at least here it is, but I still love it.

Whitney Houston - How Will I Know
A very good pop song.

Godless Procession - Hace Falta
Unusual!

Rope Sect - King of the Night

Nothing More - Fade In / Fade Out

John Barrowman - The Doctor And I
Omg that was hilarious! I mean in a good way.

Loretta Lynn - Another Man Loved Me Last Night § (alt link if needed)

Randy Rogers & Wade Bowen - Rodeo Clown

Round 10

1. Black Sabbath - War Pigs
(Would not have bothered listening to this all the way through since I know it like the top of my wiener but the live performance gave me a reason to just sit back and watch these dudes go off. Might as well go ahead and crown this the winner of the tournament. Doubt anything else will beat it.)

2. Loretta Lynn - Another Man Loved Me Last Night
(The greatest female country artist of all time, and a woman who never sugarcoated anything with her unapologetic songwriting.)

3. Randy Rogers & Wade Bowen - Rodeo Clown
(A good example of a country comedy song that shows you don't have to sacrifice artistry to make listeners laugh. Take note, Wheeler Walker, Jr.)

4. Robin Trower - Bridge of Sighs
(Not really feeling his voice too much, which negatively reminds me of Bob Seger, but I could jam out to those bluesy riffs all day and night.)

5. Whitney Houston - How Will I Know
(Vibrant.)

6. Godless Procession - Hace Falta
(Goofy, Gothic fun, and a reminder of how much Spanish I've forgotten since college.)

7. Rope Sect - King of the Night
(Had its moments and would possibly grow on me with another listen, but for now just sorta meh. A classic case of liking the music far more than the vocals.)

8. Nothing More - Fade In/Fade Out
(My ears were fading in and out of consciousness.)

9. John Barrowman - The Doctor and I
(I would've been more embarrassed to have someone catch me listening to this than that time grandma walked in on me masturbating to her yet-to-be-completed 500-piece Golden Girls puzzle.)
