Best "pick-up scene" in a movie...

I like the scene in I'm Not There where the Dylan portrayed by Heath Ledger meets his mate.

Are there any pick up scenes you, for whatever reason, like?
Wether you see them as funny, charming, inspiring, sad, or whatever, let's hear about them.

A person is smart. People are dumb
In Schindler's List:
Officer walks in with a beautiful woman and a younger man. Schindler sends over a round of drinks for them. You see the young man approach Schindler to investigate him, only to be swept over to a table and engeged in conversation by the man himself. Indignated, the officer stands and marches towards Schindler, who meets him halfway, shakes his hand and says:
"How are you doing? You'd leave a woman alone at a table in a place like this?"
before walking to the recently vacated seat and hitting on the woman.
Every man on earth wishes he was this smooth.

Body Heat
1981, Lawrence Kasdan

When Hurt and Turner's characters meet in the bar then go outside to the boardwalk, concluding with this exchange...

MATTY WALKER
(Kathleen Turner)
You aren't too smart, are you? I like that
in a man.

NED RACINE
(William Hurt)
What else do you like? Lazy? Ugly? Horny?
I got 'em all.

MATTY WALKER
You don't look lazy.

I'm just an ordinary guy with nothing to lose.
The whole first sequence from Closer, where Dan and Alice (Jude Law and Natalie Portman) meet for the first time Great dialogues

And the final scene from The Wrestler, no need for explanation, right?
