Hey guys, my name is Matt. I'm in my late twenties and I live near Albany, NY. It never really occurred to me to join a movie forum before, but the idea popped into my head and this seems like a good place to start.
I like mainstream films and also indie stuff. I admire good cinematography and a well thought out musical score. I'm also prone to enjoying movies that are on the cheesy romantic spectrum. Some of my favorite films are Mr. Brooks, The Place Beyond the Pines, She's Out of My League, The Drop, Drive, and Inglorious Basterds. Most of those are fairly recent movies, but I enjoy older movies as well.
I find myself constantly trying to ID common filming locations between different movies. I haven't searched yet, but I'm hoping that's a thread on here.
