Troubled female teacher falls for young male student

Hi, I can't remember the name of this film which isn't very old. It's got this actress that has dark short hair, she's a teacher and ends up starting to fall for one of her younger students. I remember the scene where they go to meet up at a motel and he gets off his motor bike but she ends up turning away. There was also a scene where they kissed in the car outside the school. She plays a bit of a nutjob character or distressed sort of character I think (maybe because her husband was a jerk?not sure). Please Help!
