Nazi Russians settle on Liechtenstein after WWII

Don't know the country or period.



The movie talks about the anti-communist Russians who joined the SS in WWII. They surrendered to the English in Austria and were to be handed to Russia, but escape to Liechtenstein where they got asylum.
It's a very specific topic, but I couldn't find it on google.
