Oldest "home movie"?

Found this around the web. Supposed to be from 1906. A camera attached to the front of a trolley, showing traffic and pedestrians...



Anybody familiar with this? Any insights?

I'm not familiar with that, but it's not surprising.


This is London streets from 1903.

And I had to watch quite a few of one reelers in Film Studies. The one that's always stuck in my mind is Sick Kitten.



While this recently discovered footage is true colour home movie, suspected to date from 1901/02. There's a little 4 minute clip about it, too, as well as some bits of the film.
