Here we can just pose lyrics to songs and how we intrepret what they mean, maybe even discuss a bit, or it can just be rambling on and on about songs.

I take this song as a long metaphor, as for the dead girl, I think he's talking about a lost relationship, so much so it's dead to him. People keep thinking that they did it to themselves (suicide) but some other force killed it, and he's on a mission to find what.

This one seems pretty clear to me: It's about depression. It's about losing faith in everything; Your life, your future, yourself, all the people and things you cared for, everything. You feel like you can't do anything right any longer, and that it wouldn't even really matter if you did. Utter hopelessness. You even poison those you love, the people around you with your own despair. You see it but you can't gather the strength to fight it. Just terrible, terrible soul crushing sadness.
