I found an older, similar thread to this, which is how I discovered this site. You guys seem to know your stuff, and I can't find it on Google.
It's not Idle Hands, or Demonoid, or any of the other films suggested in that thread.
All I remember is a disembodied hand scuttling around, killing people, and also encouraging other people's hands to come alive and chop themselves off.
The finale of the film ends with many possessed hands jumping off the roof of a hospital (for some reason...), to their deaths?
Is this ringing anyone's bells??
