Came out two years before First Blood. Striking similarities. For anyone who is a fan of rambo, it should be a fun watch.
It has other qualities like some good motocross scenes. Takes place in a small town, and has some entertaining characters/scenes. With Linda Blair and Dirk Benedict. Saw it first time when i was around seven years.

Known for it’s parkour elements. If you enjoyed the parkour scene in Casino Royale, maby this is a movie for you. The 2009 film District 13 Ultimatum is decent to, but the 2004 original is my recommendation.
