Just another case of an unnecessary government sticking their nose in where they've got no right to go.

Back to the State of Nature, if you ask me.



I agree that the big deal there isn't the copyright infringement, which
nobody is saying is OK.

It's the miscarriage of justice...assuming guilt without proof and not even
allowing the accused to defend themselves.

That's screwed up.

No, but because of their lobbying, they have the ability to use the law to harrass people without due process thanks to that Copyright Act mentioned in the story.
