Don't judge me...
I don't think anyone should feel guilty about liking Buffy.
Absolutely not, Buffy is one the the greatest TV shows ever made, and the first four seasons are brilliant. The idea of someone feeling guilty about liking such a fantastic show is ludicrous. Now Charmed on the other hand, that would be a good pick for a guilty pleasure series.

Haunted Heart, Beautiful Dead Soul
1. any Disney (I was this way before I had my child)
2. Grease

Something about Mathilda May really turns me on....and at my age, that's really saying something!

Other than that, the movie is a dog.

Absolutely horrible film, with horrible performances, not just from double Van Damme, but from Geoffrey Lewis and co. as well, and extremely cliched action sequences and writing. Yet, I love this, and feel kind of less intelligent for doing so.

Among my friends I'm not ashamed of liking anything since they watch pretty lame movies themselves.
But among movie buffs I avoid telling that I enjoy these:

Charlie's Angels (Both films)
Fantastic Four Dualogy
National Treasure Dualogy
The Last Templar (actually I don't think it's that bad)
Ace Ventura Dualogy (yes,I prefer it to Eternal Sunshine Of Spotless Mind)
Happy Gilmore and Billy Madison (childhood nostalgia)
The Mummy (except the last one which I've seen once but don't remember anything)
