I've had a bad habit for years and years: I'm not hungry after getting up and I usually only get a mug of cold unsweetened black coffee. I become hungrier later in the morning, when I eat a few small cakes or a banana.
My ideal (French) breakfast is this (below). I'm realizing that if I got fresh yummy croissants for breakfast, I'd eat them then!
As you can see, there's nothing to cook in that:
