Simple and to the point. One person picks a topic, the next person either
A: Picks the first five things that come to their head
or
b: Picks their top 5.
for example
I would say Movies
the next poster would list 5 movies, then another topic like albums, or songs.
You can even get specific if need be.
5 movies with Richard Gere
Or
5 of your favourite video games.
So on and so on.
I'll try and start it off.
5 Movies That Should Have Been Better...
