I don't have much info on this movie that I'm looking for. It might be from the 90's but I'm not sure. The only thing I know was that it had a scene about a Mexican lady trying to cross a crazy river with her baby. Then there's another scene where a guy gets into a knife fight with another guy at a fancy party and ends up killing the other guy and he runs away to hide from cops. HELP!
