What are the grossest movies you have seen?

I don't know if anything can beat the human centipede series, but those movies were quite hard to watch, even though i thought the third one was just stupid with bad acting.

I never would attempt to even watch the first one, let alone the whole series.

Probably the Jackass series is the worse I've seen.

The Act of Seeing with One's Own Eyes is pretty hard to top.
