Going up 8 is just too tempting, if it were 6 or 7 I think they go for it but their odds of wining up 8 are just huge. Let's say it's a coin flip that Baltimore engineers a touchdown drive. Then the conversion is another coin flip. And then it's a coin flip in overtime. That's 12.5% if you wanna say each thing is about as likely as not.

The fact that they stuffed Allen's run on the previous play probably factored in, too.

Poor Andrews. Hope he doesn't get too much blame. That's a really tough catch in really tough conditions and Buffalo very likely would've won even if he had caught it.

What a game.

HOLY POOP, he dropped it! I thought we were heading to OT.

Onside kick fails, long run... congrats Buffalo, now do this in KC.

Even if he does, Buffalo had a timeout or two and like 1:30 left on the clock. I'd say that's another coin flip.

I'd be very interested in seeing what the initial line would be. I'd say KC but only by a point or two.
Yep, opening line is KC -1.5. Which, given the historical home field spread, basically means the odds would be exactly reversed if it were in Buffalo and almost exactly even if it were played a neutral site.

We'll see if that line moves. I think it might get to PK at some point.

I'm getting a little tired of seeing Chiefs and Bills players crying for flags.

I Guess that'll be remembered as the Mark Andrews game.

Anyone heard from Lions fan and creator of this thread @John Dumbear? He hasn't posted in about a year.
I wondered about that too. If anyone would have been posting in this thread these last few weeks it should have been him. I hope he's okay. Especially after Saturday's game.

Mark Andrews might finally wash some of the stink off of Scott Norwood.

Now that the Lions are out all the fun storylines/possibilities are on the AFC side. I have to root for Buffalo because they've waited a long time, but a threepeat is pretty cool as a consolation prize, so as long as the winner in the AFC goes on to take it I'll be pretty happy.

I would like to see a rematch of Super Bowl XXVI. With the same result. Although it would further cement Jayden Daniels' legend if he could beat Mahomes himself. Talk about a changing of the guard.

First steps first.

The Bills have been penalized for a 15 yard roughing the passer penalty in preparation for this weekend's tilt vs The Chiefs.

Wait, the Commanders going from four wins a season ago to playing for a chance to go the Super Bowl isn't fun?!? The possibility of the first rookie QB to ever play in the Super Bowl isn't a fun narrative?

Go Bills and Go Commanders.
Yep. Same here. Washington won it a loooooooong time ago. Now this seems like a completely new team and franchise like Buffallo compared to years ago. Washington had to change their football team name, and endure Dan Snyder for 20 years. I can handle either of these teams winning.
