Can't think of title for Euro film!

About three years ago I was watching an Australian televison station that screens mostly foreign films (SBS).
And just by chance I turned on the TV and watched maybe the saddest, most disturbing film ever!

This is what I can remember of the plot:
Some un-attractive mother gets a boyfriend, but he doesn't like children, and to prove her love for him, she kills her daughter.

They then go on the road, and for money & shelter, the boyfriend starts to go out with another lady with a little girl, and says that his original girlfriend is his sister.
They then think its time to leave, so they kill the little girl by drowning her in the bathtub & the lady, by punching her (while she was pregnant) in the stomach.

In the end they are both captured by the police & shot execution style.

I think the film is from Europe somewhere.

I would be so cool if anyone could help me...
