The 10 Best Songs Of All Time

Tools

Not talking to everyone (especially lines) but if you want to make an all time list try listening to bands that aren't the most blatantly obvious go-to favorites. Other music exists.
Which songs are blatantly obvious go-to favorites? And what "other music" do you recommend? If you can think of blatantly obvious go-to favorites, which you are criticizing here it seems, then you must have an idea of what you deem "better". And you must assume that people are foolish to not be experiencing this kind of music themselves.

I hate this. Sure, go and explore other music, but other music doesn't always sound as good. Other music can suck to people. Sometimes classics are classic for a reason -- many people respond to it. It becomes part of their life, part of their soul. Maybe it was accidental that such a thing happened, but so was the creation of the universe, the formation and evolution of human beings, etc. GOOD THINGS HAPPEN FOR A REASON!
