So, I have a hard time remembering anything about this film besides this scene.
The scene has two guys I can't remember their ethnicity but they're obviously American. They're travelling in the back of a truck with illegal immigrants and there's a lady talking in Spanish motioning to the mountains and she says,
"If you're wondering why this area looks so much like Mexico it's because it once was."
