Man uses own arm as a weapon

I am trying to remember a movie I watched about 5(ish) years ago... I can’t remember too many details about it except that one of the main characters got his arm cut off early in the movie and he used it as a club for the rest of the film, people were even commenting to him about how weird it was that he just turned his severed arm into a weapon. I think it took place in ‘current’ times.

Thank you to whomever changed my topic title... I wasn't sure what it meant in the subject submission warnings. The only thing I can add is that the chacter reminded me heavily of DRAX from the Guardians of the Galaxy franchaise. (But, I am pretty sure it was not the same actor.)
