Last time I tried to bowl, I was terrible at it. But in high school, I bowled once and got a turkey.

I am about a 210 average...on the wii.

I have bowling on my phone, but I've never gone over 200.

I love bowling on Wii (though I don't have a Wii anymore). I was very good at it there.

I almost had a double turkey too. That would have been a first I believe. Anyways my career high is a 222. I hadn't gone in over a year before tonight.

Jesus. Now that's testing a friendship. What on earth was he asking you to watch that resulted in a comeback that fierce?

He makes me angry sometimes... so to get back.. I make him watch "girly" movies..

He loved the 2 so far... ."Pretty in Pink" and "The Girl with the Pearl Earring".. I think the movies based on the books by Janette Oke will get him good...

Gunslinger and I was talking about "Old West" and I was telling my friend about it.... and my friend asked if I liked Westerns... ah yeah! I grew up with parents who watched westerns and I watched western tv shows as well (in reruns)... Robert Conrad and James Gardner were hot! when they were young... My friend wants me to watch a "gaucho" film with him.... Argentine's word for "cowboy"...I have no problems with that... but will he actually watch "Love Comes Softly" with me?? thats the question...

I've been pouring over the internet looking for wedding gift suggestions and I am coming up with nada.

I understand that the idea used to be to get gifts for the new couple that would help them set up their home. That's rarely the case anymore though and certainly not the case with my dad. With all his stuff and all her stuff the last thing in the world they are going to need is something for their house.

If it were just my dad I would have no problem getting him something but this needs to be something for the both of them.

What to get?

A duvet??
