Thriller film, psychopath daughter, terror, family

It's thriller film. Probably 80's or 90's. The young girl killed whole family - she burns a car with her sister, which was "imprisoned" in a seatbelts. Then, she kills a father throwing a boombox to bath.

It isn't "Mikey" (1992) and it isn't "Daddy's Girl" (1996).
