I'm not a fan of the Scream series, but I did like the ending to the first, even then, it's massively outshone by its opening, which was fantastic!

Night of the Living Dead and Scream are huge favorites of mine. Psycho is of course a classic, and deserves that number one spot. Good list overall CiCi.
