Star Trek Voyager 🖖
I'm binge watching that too. I'm just about to finish season 5, which had some of the best episodes. Have you seen Voyager before? What season are you currently watching? Favorite episodes?

I just started season 3, and there have been so many episodes I've loved. I have only really as an adult watched the original series a few times, so no i had never seen voyager. It is amazing and I love it so! An episode I watched recently that I loved was the Tuvix episode. So thought provoking.

Yup, excellent one. That was one of my favorite Voyager episodes too. So I got to ask, what did you think of Captain Janeway's decision to terminate Tuvix so that Neelix and Tuvok could be brought back? What would you have done?

Honestly I think she did the right thing, though I imagine having to do it would haunt a person's conscience indefinitely. She saved two lives (with lifetimes of memories and relationships aboard the ship) and sadly yes had to terminate one, but that life was only weeks long. It's unnerving to even think about but I agree.

That being said when Tuvix was begging for his life in front of the crew I did cry 😭 pretty hard

I hear ya! That was a touching scene alright with him begging not to be killed...that's good drama! And what a great guest star too, he was perfectly cast.

My wife said the same as you, that Janeway made the right decision and that's what she would've done. But I felt it was a violation of Star Fleet's ethics, as in the episode where Neelix gets his lungs stolen by the Vidiians in the 1st season Phage...Janeway is unwilling to kill a Vidiian by removing the stolen lungs. But that's just my take. If I was to name 10 favorite Voyager episodes that one be one of them.

I hear ya, definitely a grey area and always interesting when they choose to ignore star fleet commands. And I agree that actor was absolutely perfect! Have fun trekking on! 🖖

I've been watching Scott & Bailey (because of my Suranne Jones crush) but it's actually quite good. I think I prefer the earlier series, but I've caught up to date now and I think there's another series already in the can for later in the year.

Also been watching The Dukes Of Hazzard. I'm about 2/3 through season 2 and as I don't think I've seen this since I was about 11 it's all new to me. Much intentionally sillier and slapstick than I remember, but I'm still enjoying it and Catherine Bach's legs look sensational.

Hubby and I have been switching off between watching mini-marathons of the TV shows "Ghost Whisperer" and "The Mothers-in-Law". (There are only so many ghosts we can watch before we need to break it up with some light comedy. )

OPEN FLOOR.

Just finished sitting through Life on Mars again for the first time since think it was first on and now moving onto it's sister series, Ashes to Ashes.

I never got to catch all of AtoA the first time through 10+ years ago, so looking forward to it and finally getting a few answers.

I preferred Ashes To Ashes myself, @Taz but have to admit I've not watched either through again since broadcast. But if I see either are on, I'm more likely to sit and watch the AtA episode than Life On Mars. Especially if it's from series 2 of LoM.

Curb Your Enthusiasm, season 10.

Midnight Gospel was really good. It is a great juxtaposition between the audio and visual. The last episode is really emotional, but that may be hard to believe because it looks like acid animation.

Veep final season. So sad it’s over now. They would have had a field day finding the humor in COVID-19.

Sorry if I'm rude but I'm right
