North? I don't remember seeing it, but that could be it. I think it was said like "Stop cussing if you're not gonna do it right." or something along those lines.

Will Smith says, "Stop cussing, you're not good at it" to some kid about three minutes into I, Robot. I'm guessing that's the movie you're thinking of.

That's an easy mistake. Bruce Willis and Will Smith look so much alike that it's easy to get them confused.

I know I, Robot very well, but I remember Bruce Willis saying something along those lines in a completely different movie. I even asked about it elsewhere and was told he had said it before. But what movie might as well be anybody's guess, since nobody seems to know. Not yet anyway.
