Memento is terrific. The most original movie I have ever seen, great performance by Guy Pearce and Nolan's best movie to date. Very confusing but an epic masterpiece.

It is confusing the first time you watch it.
I remember watching it 4 years ago and I understood nothing! Then I bought it and watched it again a few days ago and it all fell into place.
I realized that it was meant to be extremely confusing. What I liked about this movie was that we, the viewers, don't know anything more than the main character. We are in his shoes, and that gave me a deeper understanding as to how his condition must feel.
And the scene where he didn't remember whether he was being chased or was chasing someone, was hilarious.

^Indeed. That's why this movie is a masterpiece, Nolan gives us a feel on what it's like to have memory-loss.
