Get off my island
OK, we had the best names in character history, how about the worst names? No intentionally crap names, like Focker or Latrine, mind.

I haven't seen 25th Hour, but oh come on, Naturelle Rivera????

What about Christmas Jones (Denise Richards) in a recent Bond film, The World Is Not Enough I think.

The only reason she was called that was for two really bad, and obvious, jokes that were made at the end of the film. Something about having christmas somewhere, ho hum. And my sides were splitting

I agree with all the ones already listed and would add:

Castor Troy and Pollux Troy - Face Off
Chilli Palmer - Get Shorty
Bud and Sissy - Urban Cowboy… (stupid names for an even stupider movie)

Rupert Pupkin, Robert DeNiro's character in The King of Comedy (1983)

But it's absolutely perfect, the filmic equivalent of J. Alfred Prufrock! Horrible name, though.

Now im sure i will take some heat for this being my first post and all. But..

Snake Plissken from Escape from New York/L.A. Talk about trying to hard to get a badass name..

Another terrible moniker you'd be ashamed to name your kid, but it is just perfect for the character...
