The story is quite a good one and the acting very acceptable indeed. This is a movie worth checking out.

72. Backfire

Likable, slick mystery thriller that works due to it not being overy clever, but managing to stay one step ahead in its jaded mix of stimulating seductiveness and growing psychological tension. The shady Web of paranoia, passion, deceit and underlining guilt never let's the story become to comfortable, despite its casual air and fundamental process.

Larry brand and Rebecca Reynolds script plays more towards the taut drama and keeps to this trend, than anything involving charged thrills.

Director Gilbert gates doesn't discard this aspect, but delivers a pinch-full of jarring jolts to feed the story than to just shock.

The film's slight conclusion makes sense and threw me off, but it seems vague to how it came to end with this payoff, especially after what came before it.

71. Deadly identity

Starting with a wonderful screenplay full of interesting characters, Ivan passer crafted an amazing film. The performances are top notch as is the music and all of the elements in this lovely film.

70. Scorned

Annelyn does a great job at playing the twisted psychologically deranged girl in any movie she plays in and this movie is no exception. One minute she's all sweet and flirty southern girl sterotype, the next minute she's a deranged killer, a woman scorned.

69. Nurse 3-D

This movie isn't exactly porn or horror, but has much in common with exploitation movies, whereby nudity and violence is used to get more attention for movies. The nudity in this movie however is very functional for the character development. The power of sexual attractiveness is very well displayed on this movie.

The storyline and acting were far more sophisticated than I had expected. This movie also scores from a cinematographic point of view. There are many colourful scenes for a good feel for balance and symmetry.

68. Traces of red

Being this movie has a lot of fine entertainment qualities, it should have some more credit for what it is.

It's your basic who done it thriller with sex and murder but it keeps you guessing right to the end. I like these kind of movies and I certainly think this one meets the standard.

This movie is a joy to watch just for the set designs, the wardrobes and the hair dos.

I saw part of Nurse 3D it was ok, i really didn't see enough to have a proper opinion on it. Really curious what your top 20 or so will be i'd struggle to make a top ten and one entry would just be Channel 5 , since that is the only place i ever watched Erotic Thrillers.

I think this movie is incredibly underrated. It is beautifully directed and worked very well on many levels. It is suspenseful, sexy and dramatic. The ending was totally unexpected.

What a great, suspensful and brilliantly acted film. The film gives us some great suspense.

A must see if you like thrillers about obsessions. Overall this is a much underrated, suspensful, top notch thriller.

Though the plot is derivated, this is a classy done film with terrific acting, sensual love scenes between the two leads, an easy pace and beautiful photography. The plot won't be hard to figure out, but be prepared for a couple of twists.

Its a small, meticulously done movie with loads of talent behind it.

This us a well directed and acted feature. The love and murder scenes do a very good job. Dominic frontiere's music is charming and thrilling and the cinematography is magnificent.

This is a mystery/thriller that I recommend highly. It is psychologically intense, and it has an atmosphere that is suitably sinister.

The acting, the music, the cinematography, the script and the production design are all credible.

61. Between your legs

The characters, major and minor, always have one crisis or another to confront. How they handle their particular situation, highlights their character.

The photography was great, the acting is very good and the dialogue is exceptional.

Does noone like erotic thrillers?

60. Tangled

This is a very under -appreciated character drama piece with plenty of suspense and mystery to keep things interesting. It's plot is very interesting, and I absolutely loved the script and the characters.

It has excellent directing and ur is perfectly paced, not too short and not too long.

59. Dead in the water

While the film works well as a throughly entertaining thriller, it also plays as a mortality tale.

Well-paced, well-acted, beautifully shot, this is a new movie you definately want to see and a new director you definately want to take a note of.

58. The wisdom of crocodiles

The plot isn't overly original, but when you look at some of the details, it's obviously well thought out. I loved most of the dialogue: witty, to the point and original.

This movie is a good one overall.
