The first picture where Astaire and Rogers were the leads is gloriously silly fun, with incredible music and dance numbers, an almost comically absurd plot, and plenty of great set pieces.
It's no patch on Swing Time, but I prefer this to even Top Hat. If you feel like pure joy, give this one a watch.
