Dates help, as seeing Pink Floyd in 1977 is much different than seeing them in 1995 for example...

All events are in Michigan unless otherwise stated.

The only stand up act I've seen live was Gallagher, which I want to say was sometime in the early 1990's.

As for concerts:

Huey Lewis and the News (I was in high school, so somewhere in the mid to late 90s)
Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers (4 times. I want to say the first time was somewhere around 2000 and the last was probably in 2010.)
Fleetwood Mac (3 times, all on the Say You Will tour, which I believe was 2003-2004)
Lindsey Buckingham (5 times total. 2006, 2007, 2008 and twice in 2011, including one trip to Los Angeles for a one off show)
Walter Egan (3 times An artist that had a few hits, the biggest was "Magnet and Steel." I've flown to Tennessee twice to see him and have seen him once here in California too. The first time was probably 9 years ago. The last I think was 2014.)
Bob Seger (2006, I think. Face the Promise tour.)
Aerosmith (2005 ish. I think.)
Creed (Human Clay tour, whenever the hell that was)
Gin Blossoms (2010. They played at my town's community center. They sucked.)
Eric Clapton and Steve Winwood (2009 I think)
Hinder (opened for Aerosmith, they were awful)
Steve Azar (country artist, opened for Bob Seger. He was good)
Joe Cocker (opened for Tom Petty, I want to say that was 2010 but not sure)
Steve Earle (opened for Petty, I want to say that was the first TPATH show I went to)
Thirty Odd Foot of Grunts (2001. Russell Crowe's old band. Weird show. Started with an aboriginal dancer in a loin cloth, then some dude came out and told jokes, then Crowe's then girlfriend and now ex-wife Danielle Spencer came out and did a set, then the band came on. In between each act they blasted Men At Work's "Land Down Under" at near deafening levels on the speakers.)

I think that's all of them.

I would be able to add Colllective Soul, Full Devil Jacket, and The Black Crows to this list since they were opening acts at some of the shows I attended, but sadly due to circumstances beyond my control, I arrived late and missed them.

Eric Clapton
Paul McCartney
Chicago

All post-2000. Maybe some other stuff, but those are the ones I remember.

hmmm ok well back in

1984, Corey Hart opened for Rick Springfield
1991, The Storm opened for Bryan Adams
2003, Vanessa Carlton, Third Eye Blind and the Goo Goo Dolls
April 2006, From First to Last, Hawthorne Heights, All American Rejects, Fall Out Boy (ok this was my daughter's 13th birthday, she was too young to go by herself)
Feb 2007, Love Arcade and Kill Hannah (again my daughter)
June 2007, Rockfest KC ~ Godsmack, Buckcherry, Breaking Benjamin, Three Days Grace, Sevendust, Chevelle, Puddle of Mudd, Saliva, Drowning Pool, The Exies, Black Stone Cherry, Operator, Burden Brothers, The Federation of Horsepower and Red Line Chemistry.
Sept 2007, Skillet, Seether and Three Days Grace

I'm not very sure about the years
2009, when I first went to the USA
Nickelback, Papa Roach, Hinder, Saving Abel
Jason Mraz, Colbie Caillat
David Cook
Some country stuff that my aunt dragged me to

2010: Serj Tankian, Delain, Epica

2012: Poets of the Fall and some other bands I don't remember

I'm sure I'm forgetting some. This summer I'm gonna see Apocalyptica

You can't make a rainbow without a little rain.

Went to a Jeff Dunham stand up back in 2009 and Went to a Lil Wayne, T.I., and 2Chainz concert back in 2013.

Will be going to see J. Cole-Big Sean this year and possibly Wiz Khalifa-Fall Out Boys(crazy ass combo)

All the concerts I went to were in the late 80s to mid 90s, with some exceptions:

John Denver (twice as a kid with my parents, or maybe 3x...I forget)
Guns N' Roses and Aerosmith 1987 or 1988
Depche Mode
The Cure (2x)
Morrissey (2x)
Siouxsie and the Banshees (with Thrill Kill Cult)
Public Image Ltd.
Big Audio Dynamite (who sucked)
Clan of Xymox
INXS
NIne Inch Nails (after The Downward Spiral came out)
Korn (in the back room of some bar before they were successful)

That's all I can think of. It's not a lot, but there's only a few groups I'm really sad I never got to see, such as R.E.M. and Skinny Puppy. I almost saw Pink Floyd, but it would have been in '87 or around there, so it's not like I had a chance to see them in the 70s.
