Help needed!

Hi everyone!

I'm searching for years but I can't find the movie i've watched when i was younger.
I only know some scenes in the movie but no actor/actress.

- I remember one scene on a (ice) skating rink where somebody got stabbed.
- A blonde? guy with two band-aids on his forehead and a younger kid with brown hair.
- I believe the blond guy also had a guitar with him often but i don't know for sure.
- It was a dark movie but i don't recall where or what the plot was.

I know its very little information but i'm desperate to find this movie!

Can you give any more detail? Who stabbed who where? Can you remember anything specific that the characters did or said? Can you describe what they looked like a bit more?

I think that the blond guy stabbed someone on the ice skating rink (or rollerskating).
The blond guy had half long hair with two band-aids on his forehead like a x shape.
They lived in a bad neighboorhood but that's all I know.
Maybe it was a french movie or from the uk.
