Verhoeven Club - Total Recall

Tools

I was just watching a RoboCop edited-for-TV version.

It's almost a comedy lolololololol! Close to something you'd see on MST3K.
Oh hey, shameless plug, the Verhoeven Club has a RoboCop Month in July... and an entire Saturday with 3 showings of RoboCop at various times to be sure all timezones get a pop at using the MoFo Chat Room to watch. It's the 30th anniv of Robo on July 17th.

Check the Verhoeven Master Thread for details

You mean me? Kei's cousin?

"Forget it, kid. This guy's a serious airhead."

Haaaaa!

Your Company built the freaky thing! Now I gotta deal with it?!?!?! I ain't got time for this... baloney!

Heh!

The funniest thing is the editing out of gore.
It actually makes it worse lololololol!

The imagination is worse than what they put on screen hehehhehee!

I'm already getting the impression that the Robo Month will be a ton of fun.

The Total Recall thread alone has proven that lol!

Right, on with Recall...
Sorry to be a killjoy.

"Hope you enjoyed the ride... haha!"

You mean me? Kei's cousin?
In Australia, RoboCop was heavily censored. All of its violence was removed. Apparently, Australian moviegoers felt it was even more violent with the implied deaths.

You mean me? Kei's cousin?
Yeah, that ranks up there with "Just give me my phone call." where he spits nothing on the paperwork. And "Get lost!" where he spits nothing into the visor.

I hate to be a stickler... 2 months to go before RoboCop...

Serious... I hate to stunt the RoboCop talk.

Total Recall for now then, guys.

I am now seriously looking forward to the RoboCop thread

You mean me? Kei's cousin?
That makes two of us looking forward to that thread. It's one of those movies I've seen well over 100 times yet never tire of. I remember vividly the first time I saw it at eleven years old.

So back to Total Recall... How 'bout that Sharon Stone, huh? And Rachel Ticotin. And that girl with the three boobs, too.

Heh!
Lycia Naff... she was always gorge... she was in Star Trek as well as Ensign Gomez

She was also Dixie in Lethal Weapon (1987).
