The Hall of Infamy

The top 2 also aligned with my own ballot! If it wasn't for R.O.T.O.R. and Manos, I'd be wondering if SpelingError had just posted my voting list by mistake.

I exhausted everything I had to say about these films in the thread already, so I'll just "congratulate" Suspect for choosing the worst film of the lot! Just know that in the future, I'm never taking any recommendations from you haha. Thanks SpelingError for hosting this interesting little HoF! It was a strangely nice change of pace.

My ballot:
01. Going Overboard (1989)
02. Lust for Frankenstein (1998)
03. American Flatulators (1995)
04. Krampus: The Christmas Devil (2013)
05. God's Not Dead (2014)
06. R.O.T.O.R. (1987)
07. Manos: The Hands of Fate (1966)
08. Organ (1996)
09. Trog (1970)

This was fun. I already have my nomination in mind for the next hall of infamy. My ballot:

1. Manos The Hands of Fate
2. Krampus: The Christmas Devil
3. Lust For Frankenstein
4. Organ
5. Going Overboard*
6. American Flatulators*
7. R.O.T.O.R
8.God's Not Dead*
9.Trog

so yeah this was my ballot i guess:

01. Organ
02. God's Not Dead
03. American Flatulators
04. Going Overboard
05. R.O.T.OR.
06. Manos: The Hands of Fate
07. Lust for Frankenstein
08. Trog
09. Krampus: The Christmas Devil

this was fun, thanks. at some point during this i had a flashback of a horrendous film i saw in high school i had forgotten about so i guess we have to do a second one now

I didn't think any of the nominated movies were worse then mine. I mean, I really, REALLY HATED mine. So, yes, I put mine at number 1,

1. Lust for Frankenstein
2. Manos
3. Krampus
4. American Flatulators
5. Trog
6. Rotor
7. Going Overboard
8. God's Not Dead
9. Organ

1-7 are between 0 and 1 star, and the last two are both 2 stars.

Crazy enough I'd like to see Going Overboard to see what the fuss all is.
Just stare at a blank wall for 100 minutes instead. At least that way you won't have to put up with painfully unfunny jokes.

Here is my ballot:

1. Goin' Overboard
2. Manos
3. Lust for Frankenstein
4. American Flatulators
5. R. O.T.O.R.
6. Organ
7. Krampus: The Christmas Devil
8. Trog
9. God's Not Dead

The win could not have gone to a more deserving film.

Great hall, everyone, and thank you for such a great hosting job, Speling!

It's also nice to have a hall where you don't have any anxiety about hurting someone's feelings by not liking a movie they love. The worst thing you could do here was say that you thought a movie someone else hated was actually, like, not that bad.

Good stuff, folks, and thanks to Popcorn for hosting. You finally convinced this humble bystander to watch Manos proper... And I liked it!

Out of curiosity, were you able to get Lust for Frankenstein to work?

Sorry d00d, forgot about it. I will give it a go this week, assuming I'm not scared away by too many redirects.

28 days...6 hours...42 minutes...12 seconds
1. Going Overboard
2. Krampus: The Christmas Devil
3. American Flatulators
4. God's Not Dead
5. Lust for Frankenstein
6. Organ
7. Manos: Hands of fate
8. R.O.T.O.R
9. Trogg

This win means more to me than any other win in my life...

Suspect's Reviews

It would be a sin to bypass bad nudity. Think of the thread, man.
I'm contractually obligated to give this movie a chance after the halfassed Jess Franco defense I posted earlier in the thread.

Sorry, but I have to go to bat for the nudity in Lust for Frankenstein. The fact that several bodies/performers in that film didn't pander to conventional porn standards is one of the things I liked about it.

I forgot the opening line.
I was going in all guns blazing for God's Not Dead being the worst, but that was before I saw Lust for Frankenstein. I thought Going Overboard was terrible, and as deserving as those two (or Flatulators) for the top (bottom?) prize. It was fairly low down on my ballot - but most of these films were pretty awful. My own film was down at 6th, which is probably a record low placing for my own entry - it was just beaten to shreds by more irritating and awful stuff.

1 - Lust for Frankenstein
2 - God's Not Dead
3 - Manos : The Hands of Fate
4 - American Flatulators
5 - Krampus : The Christmas Devil
6 - R.O.T.O.R.
7 - Going Overboard
8 - Trog
9 - Organ

Latest Review : Le Circle Rouge (1970)

I forgot the opening line.
And to close off - for anyone still reading, you must check out this article from the New York about the life and death of Margaret Trigg. It's a real doozy. Trigg was playing the lady being chased by R.O.T.O.R. and her story is somehow both typical and shocking.

Thanks to @SpelingError for hosting - and being an absolutely marvelous host. Do we know who's hosting the next one and when it's coming?
