Anyone knows what animation movie this character belongs to?

Looks like a video game character to me. Is this a screenshot from a video? It has a play button on it, which is why I ask. If so, having the video it came from might help identify it if no one outright recognizes the character.

Probably an anime movie.

None that I recognize. More info would help. Date range, language, etc...

Definitely looks animated.
The giant shoulder pads, one of them being a lion head is making me think of something like the Warhammer 40k movies.
