Any NBA Basketball fans?

I had a feeling they'd bring him off the bench, for many reasons. Smart move. Groove, but also less pressure, easier competition, and he's just a plus and is making all the difference. Was not expecting KP to play this well after being out almost 6 weeks.

Nothing in the first half would make you think Dallas has a chance.

I was hoping for a competitive game.

It was 17-15, then all hell broke loose the next 5mins of game time.

That stretch was manic. The 3’s, the KP chase down block.

It’s always interesting to see if the refs are gonna blow the whistle during times like that and kill it, or let it go. Compared to how the end of a game gets called.

It was opening night showcase for the L. Boston came out with the spirit of Bird and the mountain man. I'm assuming game 2 will be a better assessment of how close these teams are. Hurry up Sunday night.

Yes I'm a Celtics fan but I'd rather them lose on a buzzer beater in game 7 than win an easy series. By now I've been through almost 20 championships of teams I was a fan of, at this point I'm more about the ride to get there.

Boston's biggest weakness is that they get comfortable. It happened in game 1 late in the 2nd quarter and it lasted deep into the 3rd quarter before they turned it on again. After winning the game comfortably, maybe there's a chance they don't totally bring it on Sunday and we get a series.

I have a team I prefer to win, but if the other team wins, I won't be upset in the least.



I just don't want a repeat of Game 1. This is The Finals. I want to see OT or close games in regulation.

When do the Beer Olympics start?

Boston hasn't played great offensively yet but you would think that Dallas would get a boost at home.

NBA so weird

Well the 0-3 comeback has to happen eventually. I refuse to believe it will never happen. Here's to hoping. I think if they can sneak out game 5 which is a BIG IF...it will go 7 and anything goes in a game 7. It's a shame the Mavs couldn't have pulled off game 3. All comes down to game 5. If they Mavs can get it we got a series again.

I think Luka has to drop at least 40 in Boston. If he can bring them back it would be one of the most impressive rings ever. Beating 3 50 win teams then a 60 win team. Again very doubtful but would love to see it.
