Try to remember an 80s movie by a single scene description

Hi!
This is driving me crazy. I remember a scene, but don't remember which movie it is from.
What I remember - police (or maybe army) surrounding a cabin with two people inside. The commander asks someone to fire a warning shot, and all policemen (or soldiers) fire a shot at once...
It is a comedy, I think from the eighties. Might be with Robin Williams, but not sure.
