I don't have a clue and yet she looks familiar. That photo looks like from the 1930s, perhaps early to mid 30s.

Janet Gaynor?
She was the first actress to sign a million dollar contract.

Is she a foreign actress? I did my Top Favorite Actors and Actresses from the 1930s and I just looked at that thread and no one seems to match that photo. Take a look:

Believe it or not, while I was watching TV, I thought about what early 20th century actress was the first to sign a million dollar contract...then I remembered it was Mary Pickford, who was described as a very astute business person. To late with my answer though
Not sure who the last pic is.

Believe it or not,
Is that a young Dorothy McGuire? Her hair looks like it's a style from the mid 1940s and I think she was mostly popular in the 1950s, hence I think she's quite young in this photo. Or maybe I'm plum wrong

Mary Pickford. The 1930s styling really threw me off but I knew I'd seen those eyes before.

I don't believe it's Dorothy. She strongly resembles Celia Johnson (Brief Encounter) but I don't believe it's she. Pretty sure she's a Brit though.
She's pretty and I'm pretty sure I've seen her in some films, but gosh I can't place a name.

Not Celia Johnson but definitely British.

Here's a short and pleasant clip of her getting her portrait painted in 1940s London.
